Re: Deferment of Community Vote originally scheduled for early November 2023
As you are aware, we have had extensive and ongoing discussions with G’day Group around an ATLA Benefits Package and Business Sale Agreement in relation to Wilpena Pound Resort.
It has become apparent G’day Group will require more time to negotiate with IBA to ensure an outcome that is acceptable and sustainable for all parties involved.
Our discussions with G’day Group have remained positive and continue to do so. These discussions have always been held with the best interests of the Community uppermost in mind and will continue to be for as long as our talks continue. To this end, we believe it is prudent and appropriate we ensure all parties have sufficient time to seek the best outcome and therefore we have chosen to defer the Community Vote originally scheduled for early November 2023.
We will advise of a future voting date as soon as we have a clearer position and thank you for your patience and understanding.
