To receive a copy of the draft agreements and any other information provided by ATLA about the draft agreements (the Documents), you agree that:

1.  The Documents are confidential.

2. You will not share the Documents, or information in the Documents, to anyone that is not an Adnyamathanha Common Law Holder or ATLA representative unless you:
    a).receive written consent from ATLA and Gehyra;
    b) are legally required to share the Document; or,
    c) need to share the Documents to enforce or get advice about your rights under the draft agreements.
